Dr. NagaSai Reddy Konda was born and raised in Tenali. Growing up, he witnessed how local residents had to travel to Vijayawada or Guntur for quality dental care — a journey that was expensive, time-consuming, and often delayed critical treatments.
After earning his MDS with a Gold Medal from NTR University, Dr. NagaSai gained extensive hands-on experience working as Assistant Professor at Sibar Institute of Dental Sciences (Guntur) and Vishnu Dental College, and as Senior Resident at the Government General Hospital, Guntur. He had opportunities to continue his career in major cities, but his heart was set on coming home.
In 2023, Shine Dental Hospital opened its doors with a simple mission: quality dental care that's accessible, affordable, and right here in Tenali. No more long trips. No more waiting. Just expert care, close to home.
